Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use the Hatimis website and access our services, whatever their ability or technology.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Hatimis is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to meet our duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.

What we do to support accessibility

Ongoing effort

Accessibility isn't a one-off task. We review the website regularly and consider accessibility whenever we add or change content and features. As standards and best practice evolve, we work to keep pace.

Known limitations

Some third-party content — such as the embedded map — comes from external services whose accessibility we don't fully control. Where a third-party element creates a barrier, we're happy to provide the same information in another format on request.

Need information in a different format, or struggling with part of our site? Contact us and we'll help — and we'd like to hear how we can improve.

Feedback and enforcement

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you hit a barrier or have a suggestion, please tell us — it helps us make Hatimis better for everyone. We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within five working days.

If you're not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on rights under the Equality Act 2010.
